Services for James A. “Jack” McNair of Union are 10 a.m.,Thursday, Aug. 2, at McClain-Hays Funeral Home Chapel inPhiladelphia with burial in Linwood Cemetery.
Visitation is today from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. McNair, 72, died July 30, 2001, at Jeff Anderson RegionalMedical Center in Meridian. He was a native of Neshoba County andhad lived in Shuqualak.
He was an administrator for the Noxubee County School System for32 years and a retired cattle farmer. He was a member of theBaptist faith. He was an Air Force Veteran.
Survivors are his wife, Syble McNair of Union; his sons, TimMcNair of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and Barry McNair of Philadelphia;his daughter, Dianne Spencer of Brookhaven; his brothers, W. D.McNair and Hugh McNair, both of Union; his sisters, Corrie B.Spears, Johnnie Kate Shepherd, and Audine Clark, all of Union; andfive grandchildren.
