Services for Rebecca Lynn “Becky” Carraway of Vidalia, La., were10 a.m., Monday, Sept. 10, at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel withburial in Nettles Family Cemetery in Smithdale.

Miss Carraway, 45, died Sept. 8, 2001, of cancer at herresidence. She was born in Natchez on Feb. 12, 1956, to Charles RayCarraway and Maxine Nettles Carraway.

She was a registered nurse. She was a member of Temple HillChurch of Christ.

Survivors are her parents; her grandfather, O. C. Nettles ofSmithdale; her brother, Mike Carraway of Vidalia, La.; her sisters,Mona Carraway of Zachary, La., and Jackie Ashley of Crosby; and ahost of nieces and nephews.
