Services for Jason Lane Counts of Raymond were 11 a.m.,Thursday, Sept. 13, at Wesson Baptist Church with burial inSylvarena Baptist Church Cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home was incharge of arrangements.

Mr. Counts, 25, died Sept. 11, 2001, at University MedicalCenter. He was born in Flowood on May 12, 1976, to Herbert Countsand Helen Kay Lowery Counts.

He was a member of Wesson Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his mother; and his grandfathers,Jack Lowery and Jimmy Counts.

Survivors are his father, Herbert Counts of Raymond; hisbrother, Gabe Counts of Mobile, Ala.; his grandmothers, MargieLowery of Wesson and Gladys Counts of Mendenhall; many aunts,uncles, and cousins, including Pat Lowery; one nephew; and a veryspecial friend, Pat Teasley.
