Services for Kathy Stevenson of Brookhaven are 2 p.m., Saturday,Oct. 13, at St. Paul M. B. Church.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m. with family hourfrom 7:30-8:30 p.m. at Williams Mortuary.

Ms. Stevenson, 40, died Oct. 7, 2001, at King’s Daughter MedicalCenter. She was born in Lincoln County on Dec. 3, 1960, to WilliamStevenson and Jessie Mae Byrd Jones.

She was disabled.

Preceding her in death were her father; and her grandparents,Clyde and Connie Stevenson and Beulah Byrd and Louis Kelly.

Survivors are her mother, Jessie Mae Jones of Columbia; her son,Arthur Barnes III of Brookhaven; and her brothers, Bobbie Stevensonand Dean E. Stevenson, both of Columbia.
