Services for Ruth Bernice Massey of Hazlehurst are 4 p.m.,Thursday, Oct. 18, at Stringer Funeral Home Chapel. Gravesideservices will be 4 p.m., Friday, Oct. 19, at HazlehurstCemetery.

Mrs. Massey, 92, died Oct. 16, 2001, at Beverly Health Care inBrookhaven. She was a native and lifelong resident of CopiahCounty.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Hazlehurst.

Preceding her in death were her husband, a daughter, and agrandson.

Survivors are her son, the Rev. Malcolm Reese Massey ofBrookhaven; and four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
