Services for William Frank Hill of Wesson are 11 a.m. Saturday,Nov. 10, at New Hope United Methodist Church in Wesson.

Visitation is Friday, Nov. 9, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at thefuneral home.

Mr. Hill, 52, died Saturday, Nov. 3, 2001. He was born in Wessonon Aug. 30, 1949, as the youngest of 11 children born to the lateRev. Bennie Frank and Sallie Watson Hill.

He was employed at the Clorox plant in Pearl. He was a member ofNew Hope United Methodist Church, which he joined at an early age.He graduated, with honors, from Parish High School in Copiah Countyat the age of 16. he attended Tennessee State University, theUniversity of Mississippi, Malcolm X College and Columbia College,where he received his degree in licensing and graduated withhonors. He also received a Bachelor of Science degree in businessadministration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and served in Vietnam, where hewas awarded a Bronze Star. After leaving the military, he wasemployed by Chevron Oil in Pascagoula while continuing hiseducation and opened his own business. Later, he returned toWesson.

Preceding him in death were his parents; brother, Bennie FrankHill Jr.; and sister, Ethel Lee.

Survivors are his brothers, Wiley and Travis of Wesson andWillie of Brookhaven; sisters, Niece of Chicago, Bernice of Wesson,Jerry of Silver Springs, Md., Margaret of Memphis and Bettie ofDallas; a special friend, Angela Webb of Jackson; two uncles; fouraunts; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
