Services for Selma Treadway of McCall Creek are 1 p.m.,Saturday, Dec. 29, at New Bethel M. B. Church in Monroe with burialin Burnette Cemetery in Eddiceton.

The wake is today from 7-8 p.m. at Tyler Funeral Home.

Mrs. Treadway, 44, died Dec. 22, 2001, at her residence. She wasborn in Brookhaven on Jan. 4, 1957, to Martha Florine BurnetteCampbell and Willie Campbell.

She was a medical assistant at Travis Medical in Lucien. She wasa member of New Bethel M. B. Church, where she was a member of thechoir.

Preceding her in death was her father.

Survivors are her husband, J. C. Treadway Sr. of McCall Creek;her son, J. C. Treadway Jr. of Brookhaven; her godson, Isaiah Adamsof McCall Creek; her brothers, Glean Edward Campbell of Bude andTommy Campbell of Ontario, Calif.; her sisters, Willie Mae Cottenand Clara M. Davis, both of Southbend, Ind., Mattie June Smith andBilly June Kelly, both of Brookhaven, and Rosie Lean Thadison ofLoyd Star; and one granddaughter.
