Services for Audrey Myrel Townsend Bass Lawson of Magnolia are11 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 24, at Hartman Funeral Home in McComb withburial in Temple Hill Church of Christ Cemetery in Smithdale.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. and Thursday from 9-11 a.m. atthe funeral home.

Mrs. Lawson, 73, died Jan. 22, 2002, at Beacham MemorialHospital in Magnolia. She was born in Jefferson Davis County onJuly 31, 1928, to Charles Webb Townsend and Ora Lee LairdTownsend.

She was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, MurrayLawson and W. Donaldson Bass; her daughter, Donna Kay Bass; herbrother, Lincoln Charles Townsend; and her sister, Helen CecileTownsend Carraway.

Survivors are her son, Allen W. Bass of McComb; her daughter,Mary Rosettia Bass Keen of Brookhaven; her brother, Charles LeeTownsend of Smithdale; and three grandchildren and twogreat-grandchildren.
