Services for Georgia M. Robinson of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Monday, Feb. 11, at Tyler Funeral Home Chapel with burial in RoseHill Cemetery.

The wake will be 5-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Robinson, 73, died Feb. 6, 2002, at King’s DaughtersMedical Center. She was born in Lincoln County on Jan. 7, 1929.

She was a former presser at Ed’s and Quality Cleaners. She was amember of St. Paul M. B. Church.

Preceding her in death were her mother, Ruby Gordon; herstepfather, George Gordon; her husband, Julius Robinson; her son,Andre Robinson; her daughter, Helen Lassiter; her brother, GeorgeGordon Jr.; her sisters, Remell Robinson, Marilyn Rose, and SarahG. Allen.

Survivors are her sons, Louis Robinson, Julius Robinson, RayRobinson and Paul Gordon, all of Kalamazoo, Mich., and MichaelRobinson, Larry Robinson and Derrick Robinson, all of New Orleans;her daughter, Linda Robinson of New Orleans; her brothers, WillieHoward Gordon, Henry Gordon, Robert Gordon, and James Lee Gordon,all of Kalamazoo, and Leroy Gordon of Akron, Ohio; her sister, EmmaPowell of Kalamazoo; and 11 grandchildren and fivegreat-grandchildren.
