Services for Bilbo M. “Bill” Alexander of Baton Rouge are 10a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 13, at Welsh Funeral Home with burial inResthaven Gardens of Memory.

Visitation is today from 6-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9-10 a.m.at the funeral home.

Mr. Alexander, 86, died Feb. 11, 2002, at Lakewood QuartersNursing Home. He was a native of Jayess.

He was a retired supervisor with Exxon. He was a member of SouthSide Baptist Church, where he was a deacon. He was a member ofIstrouma Lodge #414 F&AM. He was a Mason for 53 years.

Preceding him in death were his parents, George and JosieAlexander; his brothers, Kermit, Richard and Grady Alexander; andhis sisters, Bessie Dunnaway and Anna Boyd.

Survivors are his wife, Shirley Williams Alexander; hisdaughter, Judy Alexander Peavey of Brookhaven; his sons, Billy,Mike and Tommy Alexander, all of Alexandria, La.; his stepson,Charles Patton of Pierre Park, La.; and eight grandchildren.
