Services for Charles O. Buckles of Roxie are 2 p.m., Wednesday,Feb. 27, at Union Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-10 p.m. at the church. FranklinFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Buckles, 67, died Feb. 24, 2002, at Natchez RegionalHospital. He was born in Natchez on April 6, 1933, to Otis Bucklesand Lucy Hutchins Buckles.

He was a county worker. He was a member of Union BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his brothers, William Buckles and James Buckles,both of Natchez, and Lonnie Buckles of Tucson, Ariz.; his sisters,Bertie Populis of Seattle, Wash., Lillie Thomas, Judy King, andAlice Sandlin, all of Natchez, and Clara Holland of Bude; and ahost of nieces and nephews.
