Services for Bobbie Jean Powell Miller of Jayess are 2 p.m.,Tuesday, March 5, at Topeka Baptist Church with burial in RobertsMemorial Cemetery.

Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Miller, 72, died March 2, 2002, at Lady of the LakeHospital in Baton Rouge. She was born in Jayess on Dec. 23, 1929,to Alton B. and Ada Thornhill Powell.

She was a homemaker.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, JamesEd Miller.

Survivors are her sons, Donnie Wallace of Pride, La., JohnnyWallace of Denham Springs, La., and Micheal Wallace of Jayess; hergrandchildren, John Alton Wallace, Donnie Wallace Jr., JeremyGraham Wallace and Ashley Lorraine Wallace; and threegreat-granddaughters.
