Services for Fordie C. Easley of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Saturday, March 9, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial inDamascus Baptist Church Cemetery in Franklin County.

Visitation is today from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Easley, 77, died March 7, 2002, at Silver Cross NursingHome. She was born in Winnsboro, La., on March 28, 1924, to DanielW. Chisholm and Celia Carter Chisholm.

She was a seamstress at Movie Star, Kellwood, andStahl-Urban.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, LutherLevi Easley; and two brothers and three sisters.

Survivors are her sons, Larry Dale Easley and Douglas B. Easley,both of Brookhaven, and Roger W. Easley of Bogue Chitto; herdaughter, Rita Jones of Bartlett, Tenn.; and eight grandchildren,two great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
