Services for Roger Dale Smith of Brookhaven are 11 a.m., Friday,March 29, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial in ConcordBaptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation begins at 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mr. Smith, 41, died March 25, 2002, at University Medical Centerin Jackson. He was born in Lincoln County on Feb. 15, 1961, toRoger Lee Smith and Juanita Buie Smith.

He was disabled. He was a member of Faith Church in FranklinCounty.

Preceding him in death were his father; and his grandparents,Leroy and Edith Smith and John Allen Buie.

Survivors are his mother, Juanita Buie Smith of Brookhaven; hisson, Justin Dale Smith of Brookhaven; his daughters and son-in-law,Jena Kepley Smith of Flora and Cheryl and Barney Ross of Bentonia;his brother, Andy Smith of Brookhaven; his sister, Virginia Brownof Brookhaven; his grandmother, Myrtle Buie of McCall Creek; andfive nieces and one nephew.
