Services for Henry Bryant of Brookhaven are 1 p.m., Thursday,April 4, at St. Paul M. B. Church with burial in Rose HillCemetery.
Visitation is today from noon through the family hour, which isfrom 6-7 p.m., at Tyler Funeral Home.
Mr. Bryant, 72, died March 30, 2002, at his residence. He wasborn in Lawrence County on May 11, 1929, to Henry Bryant and EthelMackie Bryant.
He was a retired trackman for the railroad. He was a member ofSt. Paul M. B. Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, the Rev.J. W. Bryant and Louis “Buster” Bryant; and his sister, AleanAustin.
Survivors are his wife, Climerteen Brooks Bryant of Brookhaven;his son, Levon White of Baltimore, Md.; his daughter, Luvenia Kellyof Toledo, Ohio; his brother, W. J. Bryant of Prentiss; hissisters, Willean Showers of Silver Creek and Maddie R. Bryant ofTampa, Fla.; and eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, twogreat-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
