Services for Eddie Hooks of Brookhaven are 11 a.m. Tuesday,April 16, at Williams Mortuary Chapel with burial in HillcrestCemetery.

Visitation is Monday, April 15, from noon to 7 p.m. with familyhour from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Hooks, 26, died Thursday, April 11, 2002, at his residence.He was born in Jackson on Sept. 1, 1975, to James Hamilton andBarbara Kelly of Brookhaven.

Preceding him in death were his grandfathers, Ray Hamilton andJay Hue Hooks, and stepbrother, Coymentia Dyson.

Survivors are his parents; stepfather, Ricky Kelly ofBrookhaven; brothers, Roderick Hooks of Brookhaven, Daryl Hamiltonof Hazlehurst and Barry Jackson of Detroit, Mich.; sisters,LaKendra Rawls of Brookhaven and Latonya Jackson of Detroit;stepbrother, Ricky Dyson of Jackson; and grandparents, Edna Hooks,Gertrude Hamilton and Nellie Ray Kelly, all of Brookhaven.
