Services for Henry Davis Smith of Caseyville are 11 a.m.,Saturday, April 20, at Galilee A.M.E. Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m. at WilliamsMortuary.

Mr. Smith, 86, died April 13, 2002, at his residence. He wasborn in Lincoln County on April 17, 1915, to Asnone Smith andCarrie Smith.

He was a farmer. He was a member of Galilee A.M.E. Church. Hewas an Army veteran.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his sisters, MandyVaughn and Mattie Lee Smith; and his brothers, Willie Smith, R. T.Smith, R. C. Smith, Otis Smith, and Elijah Smith Sr.

Survivors are his sisters, Ruby Lee Smith of Caseyville and MaryAlice Perry of Cleveland, Ohio; his goddaughter, April Williams ofCaseyville; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
