Memorial services for Edward E. Leavitt of Bogue Chitto wereheld at an earlier date.

Mr. Leavitt, 42, died Wednesday, April 17, 2002, in anautomobile accident on Highway 84 East. He was born in Flint,Mich., on May 31, 1959, to the late Ralph Edward and JacquelineHawkins Leavitt.

He was a truck driver for Circle S.

Preceding him in death were his parents and sisters, Mary Davisand Linda Leavitt.

Survivors are his wife, Jodi H. Leavitt; children, Donis AmberGanoe, Katherine Grace Ganoe, Elwood James Ganoe and CourtneyLeavitt, all of Bogue Chitto; brothers, Ralph Leavitt of Ramona,Calif., and Cecil Leavitt and Iral Leavitt, both of Flint, Mich.;and sisters, Tricia Huyck of Flint, Mich., and Shelva Wilson ofClio, Mich.

Brookhaven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
