Services for Edith Marie Bracey Allen of Rosedale, N.Y., are 2p.m., Saturday, May 18, at Williams Mortuary Chapel with burial inBogue Chitto Cemetery.

Mrs. Allen, 62, died May 10, 2002, in Rosedale. She was born inBogue Chitto on Jan. 7, 1940, to Henry Bracey Sr. and AllineEddington Bracey. She attended Lincoln County Training School.

She was retired.

Preceding her in death were her mother; her husband, Owen S.Allen; and her brothers, Henry Bracey Jr., James Earl Bracey, andRobert Charles Bracey.

Survivors are her father, Henry Bracey Sr. of Bogue Chitto; herbrothers, Harry Lee Bracey, Larry Joe Bracey, and Alfred CurtisBracey, all of Bogue Chitto; and her sisters, Shirley Thompson ofJackson, Bettie Sydney and Ivory Mae Bracey, both of Bogue Chitto,and Cora Edwards of Brookhaven.
