Services for Sarah Cupit Musick, formerly of Lincoln County,were 2 p.m., Monday, May 27, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel withburial in Damascus Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Musick, 60, died May 24, 2002, at Touro Infirmary in NewOrleans. She was born on Dec. 7, 1941, to John and Corene SmithCupit.

She was a member of New Zion Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, BillyMusick; and her brother, James Cupit.

Survivors are her sons, Robert Florence of Brookhaven and JimmyFlorence of Hazlehurst; her daughter, Rhonda Johnson of Brookhaven;her brothers, Wallace Cupit of Brookhaven, Charles Cupit ofHazlehurst, and John Cupit of Port Gibson; her sisters MamieJackson of Brookhaven, Lola Walters of Natchez, and CatherineSanders of Vicksburg; and five grandchildren.
