Graveside services for Roy William Jergins of Bogue Chitto are11 a.m. Tuesday, June 4, at Clear Branch Baptist ChurchCemetery.

Visitation is Monday from 5 to 9 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Homeand Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Jergins, 55, died June 1, 2002, at Hospice Ministries. Hewas born Feb. 1, 1947, in Conroe, Texas, to the late LawrenceWilson (Sonny) Jergins and Idell Dunn Jergins.

He was an offshore driller for Transocean.

He was a Baptist. He was a member of the VFW and NRA and servedin the Marines during the Vietnam War.

Survivors are his sons, Darren Jergins of McComb and ChadJergins of Bogue Chitto; a daughter, Dawn Cothern of McComb; abrother, Kenneth Jergins and four grandchildren.

Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in memoryof Mr. Jergins.
