Services for Daisy Arie Jones of Meadville were 10:30 a.m.,Tuesday, June 18, at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel with burial inOzion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Jones, 74, died June 16, 2002, at Specialty Hospital inMeridian. She was born in Wilkinson County on March 23, 1928, toJohn Joseph and Minnie Trusty Joseph.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Ozion BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her father; and her husband,Creighton Jones.

Survivors are her mother, Minnie Joseph of Meadville; herdaughters and son-in-law, Ann Murray, Theja and Richard Wilson, allof Meadville; and four grandchildren.
