Services for John Henry Brown of Detroit, Mich., and formerly ofBrookhaven, are 11 a.m., Monday, June 24, at Rose Hill M.B. Churchat Bogue Chitto with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 1-5 p.m. at Tyler Funeral Home.

Mr. Brown, 46, died June 19, 2002, at University Medical Centerin Jackson. He was born in Brookhaven on June 21, 1955.

He was employed with Chrysler in Detroit. He was a member ofPleasant Grove Baptist Church in Detroit.

Survivors are his parents, James Brown and Verna King Brown ofDetroit; his daughter, Tynesha Brown of Atlanta; his sisters, DebraBrown, Linda Brown, and Gwendolyn Wilson, all of Detroit; and onegrandson.
