Services for Annie Bell Dillon of Bogue Chitto are 1 p.m.,Tuesday, Sept. 3, at New Zion Union Missionary Baptist Church withburial in Bogue Chitto Cemetery.

Visitation is noon-1 p.m., Tuesday, at the church.

Mrs. Dillon, 87, died Aug. 29, 2002, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. She was born in Lincoln Countyon July 15, 1915, to the late Joe Gayten and Bessie AllenGayten.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of New Zion Union M.B.Church, where she was in the choir and a member of the MissionarySociety.

Preceding her in death were her father; her husband, EugeneDillon Sr.; her son, Smylie Louis Dillon; and her daughter, AnnieRuth Honore.

Survivors are her sons, Ira Dillon of Bogue Chitto, EugeneDillon Jr., of Detroit, Mich., and Wayne Dillon of Jackson; herdaughters, Thelma Dees and Marjel Davis, both of New Orleans, LindaBrown and Carolyn Dillon, both of Jackson, Phyllis Reese of McComb,and Ida Grant of San Francisco; and 32 grandchildren, 34great-grandchildren, one great-great-granchild; and a host ofnieces and nephews.
