Services for Mildred M. Reeves of Bogue Chitto are 2 p.m.,Wednesday, Sept. 4, at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery. Visitation today at the church begins at 1:30p.m. Harrigill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Reeves, 86, died Sept. 3, 2002, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Nov. 5, 1915, to Eula Brown May andDudley May.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Mt. Pleasant BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, RoyReeves.

Survivors are her sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne and SueReeves and Richard and Norma Jean Reeves, all of Bogue Chitto; herdaughters and sons-in-law, Edna and Gavin Brewer of Leakesville,Shirley and Joe Landreneau and Sharon and Calvin McCaffery, all ofBogue Chitto, and Barbara and John Edwards of Wesson; her brother,James B. May of Smithdale; her sisters, Hilda Rae Douglas ofBrookhaven, Imelda Johnston of Bogue Chitto, and Thelma Wells andFaye Hancock, both of McComb; and 17 grandchildren and 21great-grandchildren.
