Services for Julius Pearl McGee of Brookhaven are 1 p.m.,Saturday, Sept. 28, at Rose Hill M. B. Church with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon through 8 p.m., with family hourfrom 7-8 p.m., at Tyler Funeral Home.

Mr. McGee, 64, died Sept. 20, 2002, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Brookhaven on April 8, 1938, to Jim McGeeand Beulah Lee.

He was employed with the water department of the City ofBrookhaven. He was a member of Rose Hill M. B. Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, R. J.,James, Timothy, and John Henry McGee; and his sister, Annie MaeMay.

Survivors are his wife, Glenell Demyers McGee of Brookhaven; hissons, Ronnie McGee of New York, N.Y., Willie Stevenson McGee ofGary, Ind., and Roger Conley of Galveston, Texas; his daughters,Kathleen Cody of Rochester, N.Y., and Ella Jean McGee of New York;his brothers, Arthur McGee and Roosevelt McGee, both of Brookhaven;his sisters, Beulah Dennis and Helen Nealy, both of New Orleans;and 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a host ofnieces and nephews.
