Services for Billy Ray Byrd of Collins are 2 p.m., Wednesday,Oct. 23, at Byrds Chapel United Methodist Church with burial inByrds Chapel Cemetery. McDonald Funeral Home in Picayune is incharge of arrangements.

Visitation is Wednesday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. at thechurch.

Mr. Byrd, 76, died Oct. 21, 2002, at Covington County Hospital.He was a native of Pearl River County.

Survivors are his daughters, Lisa Moore of Brookhaven, FayeSaulters of Seminary, and Pat Johnson of Lacombe, La.; his brother,Pete Byrd of Abilene, Texas; his sisters, Ida Mae Sepp of Franklin,Ky., Ada Lee Megehee of Cuba, Ala., and Bernice Fines ofBirmingham, Ala.; and six grandchildren.
