Services for Vivian Lee “Tempy” Kettley of Biloxi, and formerlyof Garden City, are noon, Saturday, Nov. 2, at St. Matthew BaptistChurch on Hwy. 33 in Roxie with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Saturday at the church from 10 a.m. until servicetime. Marshall Funeral Home of Bude is in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Kettley, 45, died Oct. 25, 2002, in Biloxi. She was born inGarden City on June 3, 1957, to Corine Kettley Alexander andHerbert Alexander. She attended school in Franklin County andAlcorn State University.

She was employed with J & L Janitorial Service at CingularWireless in Ocean Springs. She was a former employee of theFranklin County School System. She was a member of St. MatthewsBaptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her father; her brother, Henry C.”Deddy” Kettley; and her sisters, Annette Kettley Alexander, PinkieCooper, and Gertrude Anderson.

She is survived by her mother, Corine Alexander of Roxie; herdaughters, Annette Rakell Kettley and Veronica Phyllis Kettley,both of Biloxi; her brother, James Kettley of Biloxi; her sisters,Willie Sue Reynolds and Rosie Mae Alexander, both of Biloxi,Bernice Kettley Huff of Roxie, Maybelle Griffin of Crosby, andBetty J. Slacks of New Orleans; and a special friend, DewittGivens.
