Services for Cecil White of Corpus Christi, Texas, are 2 p.m.,Friday, Nov. 29, at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with burialin Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. White, 43, died Nov. 25, 2002.

He enjoyed working on cars and was building a race car of hisown. He was a member of the Lord of Life Lutheran Church.

Survivors are his wife, Cheryl White of Corpus Christi; hischildren, Cherie Martin of Kentucky and Amy White of CorpusChristi; his sisters, Loraine Johnson and Mary White, both ofBrookhaven; his brothers, Jaime White and Stevie White, both ofBrookhaven, Melvin White of Woodstock, Ga., Ollie White of SilverCreek, Harvey White of Pratsville, Ala., and Kenny “Doc” White andRobert White, both of Tennessee; and one granddaughter and numerousnieces and nephews.
