Services for Elsie Ree Hart Nettles of Brookhaven are 10 a.m.,Saturday, Dec. 14, at Easthaven Baptist Church with burial inRiverwood Memorial Park.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome.

Mrs. Nettles, 76, died Dec. 10, 2002, at her residence. She wasborn in Bogue Chitto on July 1, 1926, to Harrison Hart and ClaraWallace Hart.

She was retired from Brookhaven Bank and Trust Company. She wasa member of Easthaven Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her brothers,Harley, Herman, Hoyte, Wallace and Hugh Hart.

Survivors are her son, Bruce Nettles of Atlanta, Ga.; herdaughters and sons-in-law, Beverly and Ross Plotner of Brookhavenand Gena and Harold Sample of Prattville, Ala.; her sisters, RosaLee Wallace of Brookhaven, Lottie Bee Smith of Bogue Chitto, JennyFord of McComb and Peggy Gardner of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and hergrandchildren, Paul and Seth Nettles, and Michael, Charles andChelsea Sample.
