Services for Ida Mae Henderson of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Wednesday, Jan. 29, at Brookhaven Living Word Christian Center withburial in Carver Heights Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from noon until 6 p.m., with family hourfrom 6-7 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.

Mrs. Henderson, 76, died Jan. 26, 2003, at University MedicalCenter in Jackson. She was born in Brookhaven on March 11, 1926, toJames Wesley and Ann Fields Wesley. She was a 1944 graduate ofAlexander High School.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Brookhaven Living WordChristian Center.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, EvinsHenderson Sr.; her brothers, Arthur Wesley, Howard Wesley, E. W.Wesley, Artis Wesley, and John Joseph Wesley; and her sister,Magalene Brown.

Survivors are her sons, Evins Henderson Jr. of Brookhaven,Kermit R. Henderson of Sterling Heights, Mich., and Dr. Michael A.Henderson of Holt, Mich.; her brother, Robert Wesley of Cleveland,Ohio; her sisters, Eleanor Wesley and Alice Ann Dixon, both ofBrookhaven; and one granddaughter and many nieces, nephews, andother relatives and friends.
