Services for Shirley Ruth Nations Langston of Pearl are 10 a.m.,Friday, Feb. 28, at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Pearl.Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Easthaven Cemetery inBrookhaven.

Visitation is Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Langston, 70, died Feb. 25, 2003, at Baptist Medical Centerin Jackson. She was born Dec. 21, 1932, to Carlos “Blick” and LexieMae Sartin Nations.

She was retired from the Mississippi Department of EconomicDevelopment. She was a member of McLaurin Heights Baptist Church inPearl.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her husband, Buford Glyn Langston of Pearl; herdaughter, Lisa Crawford of Pearl; her son, Dale Glyn Langston ofManassas, Va.; her brother, C. Loyd Nations of Brookhaven; and fourgrandchildren.
