Services for Carl Edward Keeton of Brookhaven are 11 a.m.,Saturday, March 15, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel with burialin Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Keeton, 73, died March 12, 2003, at Wesley Medical Center inHattiesburg. He was born in Morgan County, Ky., on Jan. 20, 1930,to Winfred Keeton and Montie Caskey Keeton.

He was retired from Ford Motor Company, Sharonville, Ohio,Branch. He was a maintenance pipe fitter. He was a member of FairRiver Masonic Lodge #203, and the Teamsters Union. He was a memberof Southway Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife of 52 years, Hazel Lee Meenach Keeton ofEast Lincoln community; his sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry Davidand Paula Keeton of Magnolia, and Jonathan and Debra Keeton ofBogue Chitto but residing in Pearland, Texas; his brothers, JamesKeeton of Mason, Ohio, Ray Keeton of Columbus, Ohio, and DannyKeeton of Ashland, Ky.; his sisters, Reva Rice and Debbie Keeton,both of Ashland, Ky., Nadine Thompson of Detroit, Mich., AlleneMcKnight of Columbus, Ohio, and Alice Jean Cordle of Catlettsburg,Ky.; and his grandchildren, Shawn, James and Jerry Keeton Jr. ofBrookhaven, Michelle and Heath Keeton of Foster, Ky., HeatherKeeton of Magnolia, Christy Ham of Jayess, Sharon Wilson of BogueChitto, Bryan Keeton of McComb, and Kathryn and Andy Keeton ofPearland, Texas.
