Services for Willie Alfred Howington of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.,Tuesday, March 18, at Fair River Baptist Church with burial in FairRiver Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-10 p.m. at Harrigill Funeral Home andat the church Tuesday from noon until service time.

Mr. Howington, 74, died March 15, 2003, at his residence. He wasborn in Beauregard on Feb. 8, 1928, to Fred Howington and CoraJohnson Howington.

He was an oil field worker. He was a member of Fair RiverBaptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Eudell Lewis Howington of Brookhaven;his sons, Alfred Howington of Eunice, La., Marvin Howington ofRogers, Ark., and Billy Howington of Jackson; his stepsons, EddieSmith of Brookhaven and Bobby Smith of Shreveport, La.; hisstepdaughters, Andrea Martin of Dallas, Texas, and Linda Boyd ofMonticello; and six grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren, andnumerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
