Services for Louis Eugene Mercier of Bogue Chitto are 2 p.m.,Saturday, March 22, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel with burial inTwin Oak Cemetery in Bogue Chitto.

Visitation is today from 4-10 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m.-2p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Mercier, 39, died March 19, 2003, at SMRMC. He was born inLincoln County on May 21, 1963, to Howard E. Mercier Sr. andAntonia Mercier.

He was a logger. He was a member of the Baptist faith.

Preceding him in death was his father.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers,Howard Mercier Jr. of Bogue Chitto and Brian Mercier and wife Suzyof Summit; his sister and brother-in-law, Gwen and Jimmy Dixon ofBogue Chitto; and numerous nieces and nephews.
