Graveside services for Marvel Sue Minton of Brookhaven are 11a.m., Thursday, March 27, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome.

Miss Minton, 69, died March 23, 2003, at Baptist Medical Centerin Jackson. She was born in Brookhaven on Nov. 4, 1933, to SidneyMinton and Ella Parker Minton. She was a graduate of the Universityof Southern Mississippi.

She was a retired school teacher. She was a member of Mt. ZionBaptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her sisters, FayHewitt and LaRue Tuttle.

Survivors are her brother-in-law, Charles Hewitt of Houston,Texas; her nieces, Cynthia Schroder of Houston, Texas, CharlotteFrasca of New Hampshire, Sidney Frasca of St. Pete, Fla., andJackie Hall of Memphis; her nephew, Mike Boytett of Collinsville,Ill.; and a host of cousins and nephews.
