Services for Leila Bland Strittman of Roxie were 10 a.m.,Monday, April 7, at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel inNatchez with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Strittman, 64, died April 4, 2003, at her residence. Shewas born in Copiah County on Nov. 5, 1938, to Jodie W. and OliviaC. Bland.

She attended Hamburg Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her brothers,Albert and Bobby Bland.

Survivors are her husband, John C. Strittman of Roxie; herbrothers, Stanley Bland, Jodie Bland, and Gillis Bland, all ofNatchez; her sisters, Louise Hancock of Lucien and Jackie Geter ofNatchez; her stepchildren, Craig Strittman of Fayette, DallasStrittman of Roxie, John D. Strittman of Denver, Colo., and CharlesStrittman of Fayette; and two grandchildren and a host of niecesand nephews.
