Services for Odell Boyles of Monticello are 2 p.m., Monday,April 21, at Wanilla Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery.
Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. untilnoon at Wilson Funeral Home, and from 1:30 p.m. until service timeat the church.
Mr. Boyles, 80, died April 18, 2003, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. He was born in Lawrence County on March 4, 1923, to W. C.Boyles and Maude Glover Boyles.
He was retired from the Human Resources Department in LawrenceCounty. He was a member of Wanilla Baptist Church, where he was adeacon. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in LawrenceCounty.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and his brothers,Claudine Boyles, Euell Boyles, and Buren Boyles.
Survivors are his wife, Rachel W. Boyles of Monticello; hissons, Donnie Boyles and wife Lynn of Wanilla community and MarkBoyles and wife Gwen of Pigeon Forge, Tenn.; his daughter, GayleMcCaffrey and husband Greg of Friendswood, Texas; his brother,Larue Boyles of Jackson; his sisters, Marie Templet of New Hebronand Irene DuVall of Baton Rouge; and his grandchildren, StephaniePurkey and husband John of Houston, Texas, Michael McCaffrey ofFriendswood, and Christy Boyles and Brad Boyles, both of theWanilla community.
