Graveside services for Marguerite A. “Mag” Cain of Brookhavenare 2 p.m., Friday, May 16, in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 1130 until 115 p.m., at BrookhavenFuneral Home.

Mrs. Cain, 87, died May 14, 2003, at Haven Hall Nursing Home.She was born in Franklin County on Aug. 11, 1915, to Roscoe Cainand Lazetta Cotten Cain.

She was an assistant to the elderly. She was a member of ConcordBaptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, George M.Cain and Quentin E. Cain; two sisters, Mildred C. Slade and GraceP. Cain; a nephew, Larry H. Slade; and a niece, Sandra R. Cain.

Survivors are her sister, Maimo Cain Welch; her niece, PatriciaCain Randall of McComb; her nephews, Dr. Douglas Cain of Houston,Texas, Dr. Gerald Welch of Anderson, S.C., and Michael Cain Welchof Beltsville, Md.; her sister-in-law, Hazel Burris Cain of McCallCreek; and three great nieces, four great nephews, onegreat-great-niece; and three great-great-nephews.
