Services for Juanita Woods Brown of Monticello are 11 a.m.,Saturday, June 14, at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church withburial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is Friday from noon – 7 p.m., with family hour from6-7 p.m., at Williams Mortuary.
Mrs. Brown, 77, died June 6, 2003, at University Medical Centerin Jackson. She was born in Lincoln County on Feb. 9, 1926, toBenjamin Woods and Fannie Woods.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of Friendship MissionaryBaptist Church in Monticello.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Sylvester Brown; and adaughter, Trina Brown.
Survivors are her sons, Jerry Brown of Monticello, and PhillipBrown and Paul Brown, both of Chicago, Ill.; her daughters, DorothyHoosier, Jennifer Richardson and Paulette Brown, all of Chicago;her sister, Inez McGee of Brookhaven; 10 grandchildren; eightgreat-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relativesand friends.
