Services for Marvin T. Babb Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla., are 3p.m., Monday, June 30, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel withburial in Gum Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday, June 29, from 5-10 p.m., and Monday from 8a.m. to 3 p.m., at the funeral home.

Mr. Babb, 44, died June 20, 2003 at Jacksonville. He was born inSulphur, La., on Oct. 31, 1958, to Marvin T. Babb Sr. and Willie M.Manuel.

He was a welder. He was a member of Gum Grove BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death was his brother, Douglas Babb.

Survivors are his wife, Dianne Babb of Dripping Springs, Texas;his sons, Michael Babb of Fountain. Colo., Jason Babb and BrianBabb, both of Dripping Springs; his father and stepmother, MarvinT. Babb Sr. and Dorothy Babb, both of Lena; his mother, Willie MaeMeche of Lake Charles, La.; his brothers, Adrian Babb of Carthage,Mitchell Babb of Birmingham, Ala.; his sisters, Wilda Martin ofSmithdale, Peggy Carman of Jackson, and Rosemary Morse of Sulphur;his half brother, Johnny Babb of Lena; his stepbrothers, DavidMcKlemurry and Randy McKlemurry, both of Bogue Chitto, and MichaelMcKlemurry of Brookhaven; and his stepsister, Debbie Carpenter ofDenham Springs.
