Services for Milton Bryant Jr. of McLean, Va., were 11 a.m.,June 21, at McLean Bible Church with burial in Jefferson MemorialPark in Pittsburgh, Pa. Collins Funeral Home was in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Bryant, 69, died June 18, 2003, at his residence after aseven-month battle with cancer.

He was a special assistant to the chief executive of IntegicCorp., a Chantilly-based software applications company that handlesgovernment contracts. Beginning in the mid 1950s, he served forapproximately a decade in the Navy in intelligence work as acryptologist, retiring as a chief petty officer. He then settled inthe Washington, D.C., area and become president of DaviesAssociates, an executive recruiting business. In the mid 1970s, hefounded Alexander and Holt, Inc., an executive recruiting business.He helped found Integic in 1990. He was a native of Blue Mountain,and attended Mississippi State University and Union University inJackson, Tenn. He was a member of McLean Bible Church, CapitalYacht Club and U.S. Naval Cryptologic Veterans Association, and wasa board member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes inMaryland.

Preceding him in death was his father, the Rev. MiltonBryant.

Survivors are his wife of 23 years, Darlene Bryant; his mother,Lona Bryant of Clinton, formerly of Brookhaven; his sister, FaithBryant Ferguson of Tulsa, Okla.; his brother, Joe Bryant ofMandeville, La.; four nieces; and four nephews.
