Graveside services for Thomas Mark Kent of Bogue Chitto are 10a.m., Friday, Aug. 29, at Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery inAmite County. Catchings Funeral Home in McComb is in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Kent, 41, died Aug. 27, 2003, at his residence. He was bornin Pike County on Jan. 16, 1962, to Thomas Glenn Kent and HazelDeer Kent of Bogue Chitto.

He was a body repairman, having worked at Liberty Body Shop andDay Motors. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter andfisherman. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivors are his mother; his wife, Angela Gatlin Kent ofSummit; his daughter, Amanda Kodie Kent of Summit; his stepson,Dennis Campbell of Summit; his grandmother; Elease H. Deer of BogueChitto; his sister, Brenda Michelle Teague of Ringgold, Ga.; andhis brother, Roger Dale Kent of Summit.

Services for Andre D. Washington of Gulfport are 11 a.m.,Saturday, Aug. 30, at Tyler Chapel in Brookhaven with burial inCarver Heights Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday, Aug. 29, from 12-5 p.m. at Tyler FuneralHome. Family present Saturday, from 10 a.m. until the time of thefuneral.

Mr. Washington, 22, died Aug. 22, 2003, at Garden Park MedicalCenter in Gulfport. He was born in Los Angeles, Calif., on Oct. 8,1980, to Robert Washington and Mary Williams Washington.

He was a technician at Gulf Coast Industrial. He was a member ofGreenwood M.B. Church in Brookhaven.

Preceding him in death was his mother.

Survivors are his father; his sister, Trina Sanders of Biloxi;and his brothers, Robert T. Washington of Seattle, Wash., and DelonWashington of Los Angeles.
