Services for Jimmy C. Harvey Sr. of Silver Creek are 2 p.m.,Tuesday, Oct. 14, at Old Silver Creek Baptist Church with burial inthe church cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Harvey, 67, died Oct. 12, 2003, at Forrest General Hospitalin Hattiesburg. He was born in Lawrence County on Sept. 1, 1936, toCarson Harvey and Annie Mable Davis Harvey.

He was retired from Gulf Oil. He was a member of Old SilverCreek Baptist Church and Arm Hunting Club.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister.

Survivors are his wife, May Harvey of Silver Creek; hisdaughter, Kimberly Anne Harvey McCloud of Silver Creek; his son,Jimmy C. Harvey Jr. of Silver Creek; his sisters, Francis Scott ofBaton Rouge, La., and Ruth Hedgepeth and Ann Sanders, both ofSilver Creek; his brother, Joe Harvey of Pearl River; and fivegrandchildren.
