Graveside services for Ola Ree Townsend Eagan of Brookhaven were10 a.m., Thursday, April 29, in Easthaven Cemetery. BrookhavenFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Eagan, 83, died April 27, 2004, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. She was born in Lincoln County on Jan.28, 1921, to Ira Townsend and Rebecca Pennington Townsend.

She was a secretary for the Mississippi Highway Patrol. She wasa member of Easthaven Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were parents and her sister, ViolaTownsend Cummings.

Survivors are her great-niece and her husband, Cathy and DonaldPigott of Ft. Carson, Colo.; her great-great-niece, Jessie Pigottof Brookhaven; her great-great-nephews, Brodie Pigott of Ft.Carson, Colo., and Josh Crawford of Brookhaven; and many specialfriends in Brookhaven.
