Services for J.D. King of Monticello are 2 p.m., Tuesday, July27, at Divide Methodist Protestant Church with burial in the churchcemetery. Hartman-Hughes Funeral Home in Tylertown is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation was Monday after 6 p.m. at the church.

Mr. King, 69, died July 25, 2004, at his residence. He was bornin Brookhaven on August 24, 1934, to James Benson and Jessie LeeBarnette King.

He was a carpenter and was retired from Tynes Gas Company.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Loyce Givens King of Monticello; hisdaughters, Brenda Keys of Monticello, Debbie Martin of McComb, andCindy Renfroe and Pam Reid, both of Monticello; eightgrandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
