Louisiana men killed in wreck

A New Orleans man died at the scene and another man died laterof injuries following a Wednesday night accident on Interstate 55,said Sgt. Rod Crawford, public affairs officer for the MississippiHighway Patrol.
Crawford said the accident involving a 1995 Internationalcommercial truck happened around 10:30 p.m. near the I-55northbound mile marker 28. The truck’s front left tire blew out andcaused the vehicle, which was carrying glass fish tanks, to leavethe roadway and strike a stand of trees in the center median.
Brian Boutte, 39, a passenger in the truck, was ejected,Crawford said. He was pronounced dead at the scene, said LincolnCounty Deputy Coroner Robert Tyler.
Thirty-year-old driver Will McCladney, also of New Orleans, wastransported to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center inMcComb, where he later died of injuries sustained in the accident,Crawford said.
The Brookhaven Fire Department’s Jaws of Life were called toassist in responding to the accident.
