Services for Jerry Dunaway of Bogue Chitto, formerly ofPascagoula, are 11 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 12, at Catchings FuneralHome Chapel in McComb, with burial in Montgomery Cemetery. The Rev.Bob Lynch will officiate.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. and Thursday from 10-11a.m. at the funeral home chapel.

Mr. Dunaway, 63, died Aug. 10, 2004, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born in Marion County onNov. 29, 1940, to O.Z. Dunaway and Katie Peavey Dunaway.

He was a retired welder for Ingalls Shipyard and a member ofRiverside Baptist Church in Pascagoula. He was married for 33 yearsto Winnie Nell Moak Dunaway of Bogue Chitto.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his stepmother,Myrlene Coghlan.

Survivors are his wife; his daughter, Nancy Dunaway and hercompanion, Greg Anderson, both of Moss Point; his son, Tony Dunawayand his wife, Sandra, of Moss Point; his brother, Kenneth Bilbo andhis wife, Rita, of Poplarville; his three grandchildren, Thomas,Ashton and Mandy, all of Moss Point; two nephews, Matthew andDaniel Bilbo of Pascagoula; two sisters-in-law, Sarah Adams ofTulsa, Ok., and Etta Fay Anderson of Bogue Chitto; eightbrothers-in-law and their wives, Carroll and Jan Moak, Ed andBonnie Moak, Ervin and Bonnie Moak, Calvin and Bernita Moak, Claudeand Darlene Moak, Charles and Cynthia Moak, Gene and Tracey Moakand Ellis and Linda Moak, all of Bogue Chitto; and numerous nieces,nephews, cousins and friends.

Pallbearers will be Scott Morgan, Johnny Morgan, Tommy Barefoot,Ray Simmons, Clay Roberts and Jason Moak. Honorary pallbearers willbe his brothers-in-law.

Memorials may be sent to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
