Services for Anna R. Camp of Pensacola, Fla., are 1 p.m. Friday,Oct. 1, at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with burial inPensacola Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mrs. Camp, 69, died Sept. 26, 2004.

She was known for her strong Christian faith and her kindnessand willingness to help in a time of need.

Survivors are her husband, Harvey D. Camp; her daughter, AmyHodge; her sisters, Robbie Wand and Beatrice Ferris; and twograndchildren.

Johnny Ray Cooper

Services for Johnny Ray Cooper of Wesson are 2 p.m. Wednesday,Sept. 29, at Rocky Hill Baptist Church with burial in the churchcemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Community Funeral ServicesChapel and Wednesday from noon until 2 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Cooper, 72, died Sept. 27, 2004, at his residence. He wasborn in Georgetown on June 8, 1932, to Johnny Cooper and Hallie MaeRhines Cooper.

He was retired and a veteran of the Army.

Preceding him in death were his parents; one daughter; one son;three sisters; and one brother.

Survivors are his wife, Hilda M. Cooper of Wesson; hisdaughters, Cynthia Cockrell and Sandra K. Freeman, both of Wesson;his sons, David R. Cooper of Brookhaven, and Johnny C. Cooper ofMemphis; his sisters, Elizabeth Russell of Jackson, and LucilleJacobson of Kentwood, La.; seven grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.

Services for H.L. Dunaway Jr. of Brookhaven are 2 p.m.Wednesday, Sept. 29, at Easthaven Baptist Church with burial inHarmony Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is today from 5-9 p.m. at Brookhaven Funeral Home.Visitation will resume Wednesday from 8-10:30 a.m. at the funeralhome and from noon until 2 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Dunaway, 66, died Sept. 27, 2004, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center. He was born in Lincoln County on Jan. 18, 1938, toHarper Dunaway and Freddie Rushing Dunaway.

He was an entrepreneur. He was a veteran of the Army and amember of Central Church of Christ.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a son, KeithWhitehead.

Survivors are his wife, Betty Reed Dunaway of Brookhaven; hissons, Chris Dunaway, Ben Dunaway and his wife, Annette, DavidDunaway and his wife, Marklyn, Lee Dunaway and his wife, Karen, allof Brookhaven; his sisters, Laquita Bass of Brookhaven, Betty Boydof Bakersfield, Calif., Iona Waits of Mobile, Ala., and GertrudeHoover of Jackson; his brother, Bailey Dunaway of Brookhaven; hisgrandchildren Heather and Harris Blissett, Caleb, Maura and BlaineDunaway, all of Brookhaven; and a great grandchild, Haize Blissettof Brookhaven.

Edna Frances Harveston Furlow

Services for Edna Frances Harveston Furlow of Brookhaven are 3p.m. today, Sept. 28, at Community Funeral Services Chapel withburial in Easthaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Furlow, 89, died Sept. 25, 2004, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center. She was born in Lincoln County on Nov. 10, 1914, toJohn W. Harveston and Myrtice Furr Harveston.

She was retired from Stahl-Urban and Kellwood where she hadworked for 30 years. She was a member of Pearlhaven BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, William A.Furlow; two brothers, Charles Harveston and John Sexton Harveston;and two sisters, Lois Fairchilds and Margie Nevels.

Survivors are her daughter, LaNora Nevels of Brookhaven; hersisters, Betty Montgomery of Brookhaven, Dorthy Scoggins of Mobile,Ala., and Joan Haynes of Brookhaven; her brother, Richard Harvestonof Brookhaven; her grandsons, Donald Nevels Jr. and his wife, SusanBeall, and Dwayne Nevels and his wife, Johnnie, all of Brookhaven;her great grandchildren, Deidra Nevels and Dwayne Nevels Jr., bothof Brookhaven; a host of nieces and nephews; her friends atCountrybrook Living Center; and Mrs. Nell Barlow of Atlanta,Ga.

Maggie Myrtle Jones Jordan

Services for Maggie Myrtle Jones Jordan of Meadville are 11 a.m.Wednesday, Sept. 29, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church with burial in Mt.Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5-9 p.m. at Franklin Funeral Home andWednesday from 10-11 a.m. at the church.

Mrs. Jordan, 84, died Sept. 26, 2004, at Meadville Nursing Home.She was born in Franklin County on Dec. 26, 1919, to William HarveyJones and Cora Laird Jones.

She was a member of the Eastern Star and Mt. Zion BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, AltonJordan; one son; one daughter; one sister; and four brothers.

Survivors are her daughters, Beverly Corban of Meadville, andRegina Bishop of Byram; her sister, Marie Jones of Metairie, La.;11 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
