Mrs. Magee, 48, died Oct. 8, 2004, at her residence inDonaldsonville. She was born in Memphis, Tenn., on Feb. 21, 1956,to Daniel Keel Jr., M.D., and Rose M. Keel.

Survivors are her parents; her two daughters, Dana M. Edmonstonand Rachel M. Polo; a sister, Christy K. Langston; and a brother,Dan Keel III.
